These cheesy recipes come straight from her (third) Vegan cook book, Artisan Vegan Cheeses.Come prepared for some food education, tasty bites, locally roasted coffee, from High Fidelity Coffee, and locally crafted wine, from Martin Ray Winery! Think, gruyere fondue, kale-pear-cranberry salad, and ultimate chocolate mousse.
