It is the policy of Sonoma Cutlery to view ALL Internet sales as FINAL. There are NO returns accepted for sales over the Internet. If a product is defective it is the responsibility of the manufacturer to repair or replace that product. Sonoma Cutlery will not repair or replace any merchandise.
