Sonoma Cutlery's Flagship store is in the Historic Downtown shopping district in Beautiful Petaluma Californa, just two blocks west of the river. Sonoma Cutlery's original store is still in the CoddingTown Mall in Northern Santa Rosa, just off Guerneville road.

Dylan Cohen (Sonoma Cutlery) will spend some time explaining different types of knives, the different metals, the difference between sharpness and edge retention, and how to maintain and use knives. Dylan will also have a selection of knives at the class for people to feel and tryout.
Aaron Jonas (Aaron Jonas Catering) will demonstrate an Impressive four course Tropical Summer meal with an Asian twist. Aaron's Delicious Menu will include
- Vietnamese style fresh rolls with grilled shrimp
- fresh roasted corn, mango, avocado salsa with homemade tortilla chips
- zesty Arugula Salad with stone fruits & Tarragon Vinaigrette Feta dressing
- fresh salmon complimented with a tropical salsa
